I am Anupama Shrestha, from the beautiful Himalayan nation of Nepal. I have a deep passion for philosophical literature, travelling, and social work — all of which continue to shape my perspective on life.

I believe that sharing is caring, and caring is an expression of love. In the words of Mother Teresa:

“I have found the paradox, that if you love until it hurts, there can be no more hurt — only more love.”

This website is a personal and non-commercial space where I share my thoughts, experiences, and reflections. It is also a platform through which I hope to celebrate and promote the rich cultures and traditions of both Nepal and Korea, while fostering understanding and strengthening the bond between these two nations.

You will also find my travel stories here. Travelling, to me, is one of the most powerful ways to broaden our horizons — it opens our minds, deepens empathy, and allows us to experience the beauty of diversity.
